Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of HeyMilton (“Milton”), operated by Belocalone. By creating an account or connecting a Google, CRM, or messaging account, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Milton does

Milton is a personal assistant that reads and organizes information you connect (email, calendar, files you open with it, chat, CRM) and helps you triage, summarize, schedule, and draft responses.

2. Approval-first actions

Milton drafts; you decide. Milton does not send email, post messages, create calendar events, or write to your CRM without your explicit approval of that specific action. You are responsible for the content of anything you approve and send through Milton. Automatic sending is off unless you deliberately enable it.

3. Your responsibilities

• Keep your credentials secure and use Milton only with accounts you are authorized to access.
• Do not use Milton to send spam, unlawful content, or to violate the rights of others.
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of any account you connect (Google, GoHighLevel, Slack).

4. Data & privacy

Your use of Milton is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data Milton accesses, how AI processing works, retention, and your controls. Milton’s use of Google user data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Third-party services

Milton relies on third-party providers (including Google, Anthropic, NVIDIA, Emergent, MongoDB, and optionally GoHighLevel and Slack). We are not responsible for the availability or actions of those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

6. Availability & changes

Milton is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and may revise these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milton and Belocalone disclaim all warranties, express or implied. AI-generated drafts and summaries may contain errors, review them before acting. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using Milton and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
